	RETURN POLICY RETURN POLICY - e-Book ALL SALES ON e-BOOKS ARE FINAL We cannot offer refunds on e-Books. We also cannot exchange one e-book format with another format or with a print book. Sorry, no exceptions will be made. If your computer crashes we will not replace the e-books you have purchased. You are responsible for your computer and for keeping your e-books in a safe place. Purchasing an e-book from us means you know the e-book will be delivered via e-mail and not sent to you via any means other than e-mail. RETURN POLICY - Print Book If you need to return your paperback books you can do so if: Return within 30 days of purchase. We must receive the book within the 30-day period. The book or books have not been bent, torn, cracked, scarred, stained, or damaged in any other way. Please contact customer service to start a return. If the error is our fault we will pay for return shipping costs.
